Cleaning Lab Introduces 'Dundeun Membership' to Support Cleaning Managers

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Life Research Institute (CEO Yeon Hyun-joo), which operates the home cleaning service 'Cheongso Yeonguso,' announced on the 6th that it will introduce the 'Dundun Membership' system, which provides various benefits at different stages to help cleaning managers work comfortably.

The newly introduced 'Dundun Membership' by Cheongso Yeonguso operates in four stages and offers support ranging from liability insurance enrollment to various benefits for managers' work support. Cleaning managers receive support for identity verification, interviews, and upon completion of work training, they are provided with aprons, cleaning supplies sets and bags, and liability insurance enrollment. Depending on their activity hours in the previous month, they receive benefits such as flu vaccinations, seasonal gifts like holiday presents, family condolence money, and a performance bonus of 100,000 KRW.

Prior to this membership system, Cheongso Yeonguso provided a manager app offering features such as video-based professional training and detailed manuals, work matching, customer management, real-time navigation, and immediate payment after work to facilitate cleaning managers' convenience. Currently, about 25,000 cleaning managers are active at Cheongso Yeonguso. As of last year, approximately 80% of all cleaning managers received support including flu vaccinations and seasonally necessary supplies, and with the establishment of this systematic membership system, various benefits will be provided.

Yeon Hyun-joo, CEO of Life Research Institute, said, "We want to create a work environment where cleaning managers can feel a sense of belonging and provide benefits that help improve practical work conditions so they can work in better environments."
