[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] The GS Construction-Daewoo Construction consortium announced on the 5th that it will open the cyber model house for ‘Sanseong Station Xi Purujio’ and officially begin sales on the 7th at the Sinheung 2 District housing redevelopment area, 1132 Sinheung-dong, Sujeong-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province.

Sanseong Station Xi Purujio will be developed on a scale of 4 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, 31 buildings, 4 blocks, with units ranging from 51 to 84㎡ (exclusive area), totaling 4,774 households. Among these, 1,718 units will be offered for general sale. The detailed breakdown of general sale units by area is ▲51㎡ 38 units ▲59㎡ 606 units ▲74㎡ 996 units ▲84㎡ 78 units.

The complex is a public sale apartment project implemented by Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) and constructed by the GS Construction-Daewoo Construction consortium.

The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 11th, followed by first priority (local area) on the 12th, and first priority (other areas) on the 13th. Applications can be submitted through the Korea Real Estate Agency’s subscription homepage. The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 20th, and contracts with winners will be conducted between September 18 and 25.

General supply first priority applications are accepted from non-homeowners who have lived in Seongnam-si for at least two years as of the announcement date and have made at least 24 monthly payments (2 years) into the housing subscription savings. Special supply categories include institutional recommendations, national merit recipients, multi-child families, newlyweds, elderly parent support, and first-time homebuyers.

The old downtown area of Seongnam-si, where the complex is located, has recently seen active urban regeneration through reconstruction and redevelopment. When about 27 urban maintenance projects planned in Sujeong-gu and Jungwon-gu are completed, the area is expected to be reborn as a new apartment town with approximately 60,000 households.

Sinheung 2 District, where Sanseong Station Xi Purujio is located, boasts one of the most pleasant residential environments in the area. Directly in front of the complex is Hope Grand Park, spanning 120,000㎡, providing a green park environment. The park includes various sports facilities such as tennis courts, foot volleyball courts, badminton courts, as well as playgrounds and water play areas for children.
