[Asia Economy New York=Correspondent Baek Jong-min] Charles Richard, the U.S. Strategic Command Commander, claimed that North Korea's nuclear development continues and that North Korea's intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) could pose a threat to the U.S. mainland.
Commander Richard, during his keynote speech at the Space and Missile Defense Symposium on the 4th (local time), while explaining the threats from China and Russia, said, "There are more cases. North Korea continues its illegal pursuit of nuclear weapons and is improving its missile systems."
