A is suspected of filming about 20 people changing clothes through a small hole in the women's dressing room using his mobile phone.
He was caught after the victim noticed something suspicious during the illegal filming and reported it.
The business site has terminated A's employment.
The police plan to send the case to the prosecution with an indictment opinion after the results of digital forensics are released, including whether there are additional offenses.
