Gyeonggi Housing and Urban公 Introduces 'Meal, Cleaning, and Care' Services in Gyeonggi-do Basic Housing

[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] GH (Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation) will introduce various residential services in the 'Gyeonggi-do Basic Housing' (30-year long-term public rental housing) it will build in the future. This is a measure to improve the negative image of public rental housing and enhance the residential satisfaction of tenants.

GH explained that to demonstrate the residential services to be introduced in Basic Housing, it plans to provide various residential services at the middle-income rental housing under construction in Gwanggyo New Town, Suwon, and the Dongtan A105 Block Happy Housing.

For the Gwanggyo middle-income rental housing, GH is reviewing a plan to integrate and manage high-quality residential services such as meals, cleaning, and care. Additionally, at the Dongtan A105 Block Happy Housing, convenience facilities for tenant communication, newlywed couple specialized facilities will be introduced, and a youth startup mall is planned within the complex to provide both residential and job spaces simultaneously.

Lee Heon-wook, President of GH, emphasized, "The residential services demonstrated in the middle-income rental housing and Happy Housing will be applied in various ways tailored to the characteristics of individual projects of Gyeonggi-do Basic Housing that GH will supply in the future. We will transform the paradigm of housing by specializing simple rental housing with residential services."

Meanwhile, GH has received great responses by returning part of the operating profits from neighborhood living facilities to tenants in various ways, such as providing high-quality meals, targeting the Wirye New Town sale housing and Dasan New Town Happy Housing.
