It is a triple station area within 150 meters in a straight line from Digital Media City Station, where Line 6, Airport Railroad, and Gyeongui-Jungang Line intersect. It faces Gajaeul New Town across Bulgwangcheon Stream in front of the complex. The sale price for 84㎡ ranges from a minimum of 625 million KRW to a maximum of 734 million KRW. The sale price for the minimum area of 55㎡ is in the low 400 million KRW range.
DMC Fine City Xi is located on the main road closest to Susaek Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. Among the three complexes, it is closest to the Sangam living area and has easy access to Hangang Park. Susaek Elementary School is adjacent to the complex. The sale price for 84㎡ ranges from 635 million KRW to 728 million KRW, and for 59㎡, it ranges from 441 million KRW to 526 million KRW.
In the case of DMC Art Foret Xi, although the location is inferior compared to the other two complexes, the advantage is a higher probability of winning a royal floor unit. This is because nearly half of the total construction volume is offered for general sale. Among the 307 general sale households, 155 are small-sized 59㎡ units, which are expected to be preferred by single-person households or newlyweds. It is adjacent to Susaek Elementary School, providing a good educational environment. The sale price for 84㎡ ranges from 605 million KRW to 707 million KRW. The 59㎡ units are priced between 457 million KRW and 527 million KRW.
The advantage of the three complexes supplied this time is the abundant surrounding development benefits. Currently, the 'Susaek Station Area Development Project' is underway to develop a 320,000㎡ site from Digital Media City Station to Susaek Bridge into commercial, cultural, and office facilities. Once completed, accessibility to Sangam-dong, which was previously cut off by the railway, is expected to improve significantly.
