Seoul Westin Chosun Hotel Aria & Chosun Deli Summer Health Food Promotion

[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Cha] The Westin Chosun Hotel Seoul is presenting summer health-boosting dishes at its buffet restaurant 'Aria' and bakery 'Chosun Deli' to mark Malbok, the last of the three hottest periods of summer.

At the buffet restaurant Aria, the hotel announced on the 4th that it will hold a one-day promotion called ‘Nines Gate in Aria’ on the 15th, where guests can enjoy signature health-boosting dishes from the Western restaurant ‘Nines Gate’ at Aria ahead of Malbok.

This promotion, which allows guests to enjoy menus from two popular dining venues of The Westin Chosun Hotel Seoul at once, offers not only Aria’s summer health-boosting buffet menu but also Nines Gate’s signature dishes at Aria’s standard price without any additional charge.

Signature health-boosting dishes from Nines Gate include roasted young chicken and the most beloved lamb chops topped with Provencal dressing made with anchovies, garlic, and Kalamata olive pur?e. Additionally, grilled salmon and fresh rigatoni pasta are served to allow guests to fully enjoy Nines Gate’s menu.

Alongside these, guests can also enjoy Aria’s exclusive summer health-boosting dishes. The Japanese corner offers eel maki and assorted mulhoe (cold raw fish soup), the grill corner features grilled abalone and squid, and the curry corner serves green coconut curry chicken. Also featured is Chosuntang, a royal court dish enjoyed by kings during hot summers, made with ingredients such as abalone, shrimp, and pine nuts.

At the patisserie Chosun Deli, a unique health-boosting bread called ‘Ogok Sambok Bread’ is introduced. The bread dough is made with natural yeast and flour mixed with brown rice, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, and fermented using Chosun Deli’s low-temperature aging technique. The bread is filled with risotto and includes homemade ginseng candy. It will be sold on the 14th and 15th at a price of 25,000 KRW including tax. For bulk orders, discounts are available: 10% off for 30 or more, 15% off for 50 or more, and 20% off for 100 or more.
