One of Three Missing Persons Found Dead in Asan

[Asia Economy (Asan) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] One of the three missing persons in Asan, Chungnam, was found dead.

According to the Chungnam Fire Headquarters on the 4th, at around 7:06 a.m. that day, a 119 rescue team member searching near a daycare center in Tangjeong-myeon, Asan City, discovered Mr. A (56) whose entire body was covered in mud and was deceased.

It is reported that Mr. A was swept into a manhole while removing debris carried by heavy rain near the equestrian center in Tangjeong-myeon the previous day.

Meanwhile, on the previous day in Asan, heavy rain exceeding 50mm per hour caused three people to go missing, resulting in casualties.

The provincial fire authorities are currently continuing the search for the missing persons with personnel from the military, police, city, and other related agencies.
