On the 3rd, Kim Dong-wan posted on his Instagram, "Dong-ryeol hyung, who rushed over barefoot when he saw me struggling with the blocked drainage. Thank you for your hard work for three hours with two broken shovels. I pray that many local residents do not suffer much damage," along with a photo.

The photo shows Kim Dong-wan and an acquaintance soaked from the rain. In the photo, Kim Dong-wan was holding a broken shovel.
