Hanssem Opens 'Hanssem Rehouse Large Showroom Cheonan Branch'

Plan to Expand to 50 Win-Win Stores by This Year

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Comprehensive home interior specialist Hanssem opened the 'Hanssem Rehouse Large Showroom Cheonan Branch' on the 30th on the 4th floor living hall of Homeplus Cheonan Sinbang Branch. The Cheonan branch is Hanssem's 26th Rehouse large showroom, with a total of 30 dealerships operating inside.

The Hanssem Rehouse large showroom is a place where the headquarters directly leases the store, creates an interior showroom for product displays, and multiple dealership owners operate their businesses. Hanssem introduced the first Hanssem Rehouse large showroom in Bucheon in 2012, and by opening the 26th branch in Cheonan, it is practicing co-growth with its dealerships.

Considering the reality of regional dealerships that want to open large stores in major commercial areas but face constraints such as costs and manpower, the headquarters is engaging in win-win cooperation.

The Cheonan branch spans approximately 222 pyeong (about 733㎡) and showcases a model house decorated with a single concept for the entire home space, proposing various products needed for home construction such as kitchens, bathrooms, windows, flooring, wallpaper, and lighting.

Through remodeling spaces designed according to family types and life cycles, such as 'Modern Light Natural,' 'Super White,' 'Modern Gray 2,' and 'Modern Classic White,' customers can experience actual construction rather than just catalogs and receive remodeling consultations. In the 'Building Material Sample Zone,' customers can directly examine and select sub-materials such as flooring, doors, windows, lighting, and faucets.

Various discount events and promotions are held to commemorate the new opening of the Cheonan branch. Visitors to the store can receive a Mediheal Sun Spray (limited to the first 800 people), customers who fill out consultation cards will receive a folding storage cart (limited to the first 30 people on the 30th and 31st) and a Rehouse shopping bag (limited to the first 500 people), and customers who apply for measurements will be given a Homeplus gift certificate worth 10,000 won (limited to the first 100 people).
