[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheolhyun] The Korea Productivity Center (KPC, Chairman Noh Gyuseong) announced on the 29th that it has launched the blockchain-based artificial intelligence (AI) job platform 'Nae:il'.
'Nae:il' is a platform that helps users find jobs easily and quickly through AI matching and blockchain resume registration technology. It provides customized recommendations for jobs and talent through an automatic matching system. Based on recruitment information provided by companies, it offers recommended candidates through tailored AI matching according to job seekers' capabilities. The skills required by companies are automatically extracted, making it easier for job seekers to manage their qualifications and for companies to find the talent they need.
'Nae:il' also offers a customized job recommendation service. It analyzes job suitability based on a job skill database and digitized recruitment requirements. For experienced professionals, it matches frequently updated personal resumes with company hiring criteria and presents six recommended companies based on suitability scores. Career management is also possible. Through the 'Opportunity Coefficient' statistics, which integrate the frequency of an individual's skills and recommended job skill frequencies, it recommends the most necessary career development skills. Users can also explore related education and certification courses. Additionally, all certificates are recorded and managed with a blockchain-based certificate upload feature, greatly enhancing reliability.
Furthermore, 'Nae:il' operates dedicated sections to support areas with significant mismatches in the job market. It has established three dedicated halls: the 4th Industrial Revolution Technology Hall, the Small and Medium Enterprises Hall, and the New Middle-aged Reemployment Hall. Job seekers can easily view specialized job postings that suit them at a glance.
Kim Dongsan, Head of the Job Innovation Center at the Korea Productivity Center, stated, "We developed a new job platform applying blockchain and AI technologies to minimize social waste caused by job mismatches." He added, "We are currently recruiting the first batch of companies based on KPC member companies and partners, and plan to advance the platform and expand it in connection with government policies and job projects."
