[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Seul-gi] Singer Jin Miryeong (63) revealed the secret to her youthful appearance.


On the morning of the 28th, Jin Miryeong appeared as a guest on KBS 1TV's 'Morning Yard' in the 'Tuesday Invitation' segment.


During the broadcast, Jin Miryeong said, "The clothes I am wearing today are from 30 years ago. I bought them when I returned from the United States. I think I can still wear these clothes because I maintain my weight."


When the MCs asked about her management secrets, she revealed, "I exercise diligently and eat light meals. I eat Annanmi rice, which is rice from Southeast Asia, instead of regular white rice. I only eat about half a bowl of rice."


She added, "As I get older, I heard that I need to reduce my meal portions little by little. So I am gradually cutting down. When I cook at home, it tastes better if I add plenty of water."


She continued, "I don't exercise every day, but habitually do about 3 sets of 30 squats. And when I do sit-ups, I do 100 at a time. It's very tough, but I keep doing it because I am satisfied when I wear my clothes. Anyone can do it."


Meanwhile, Jin Miryeong is 63 years old this year and debuted in 1975 with the first album 'Peace Since 1972' under Young Sound. She also appeared in films such as 'Vietnamese', 'Moulin Rouge', and 'Sunaebo'.
