Siheung 'Sihwa MTV Paragon' Model House Opens on the 24th

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Dongyang Construction Industry and Line Construction announced on the 21st that they will open the model house of 'Sihwa MTV Paragon' in Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 24th and start sales.

This complex, built in Block 1 of the MTV apartment complex in Sihwa District, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, consists of a total of 656 households in 6 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors. By area, there are 318 units of 59㎡ (exclusive area) and 338 units of two types of 84㎡.

Sihwa MTV, where this complex is located, is a residential district created by utilizing reclaimed land on the northern side of Sihwa Lake in Siheung-si and Ansan-si. It is being developed as an advanced complex industrial complex with research and development, distribution facilities, commercial, and residential functions over an area of approximately 10 million square meters. In particular, last month, the nearby Baegot District was designated as an economic free zone, and together with Daebudo, the Sihwa MTV area was designated as a renewable energy industrial special zone, which is expected to accelerate the settlement of various knowledge-based companies.

In addition, a marine leisure cluster, expected to play a central role in the West Coast tourism belt, is planned to be established near this complex. It will include the world's largest and Korea's first artificial surfing site 'Wave Park,' as well as ▲ the ornamental fish-themed park 'Aqua Pet Land' ▲ water leisure facilities 'Marina' ▲ indoor surfing and diving pool facilities 'Ocean Street.'

Furthermore, the Oido Connection Tram, scheduled to open in 2025, will connect to Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 4, and the Smart Hub Line connecting to Hanyang University ERICA Campus will also be available, making metropolitan transportation convenient.

Paragon's unique specialized design will also be introduced. All units apply a natural air circulation structure with cross ventilation design, and specialized floor plans such as three-sided open and four-bay slab type (59㎡) facilitate lighting and ventilation. Various landscaping facilities will be installed, and views of parks and the sea will be available, providing a relaxed residential environment.

The model house will be located in Jeongwang-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the physical model house will operate by advance reservation, and a cyber model house will be operated simultaneously.
