According to Real Estate 114 on the 18th, in the fourth week of July 2020, a total of 13,301 households (5,689 general sales) will begin sales across 13 complexes nationwide. Applications will be accepted for 'The H Firstier I-Park' in Gaepo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and 'Nowon Lotte Castle Signature' in Sanggye-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul. Model houses are being prepared to open at 15 project sites. 'Lotte Castle River Park Signature' in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, 'Siheung Geumgang Pentarium Ocean Bay' in Jeongwang-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi, 'Harrington Place Dongdaegu' in Sinam-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu, and 'The Sharp Dearlo' in Sincheon-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu are scheduled to open soon.

Hyundai Construction and HDC Hyundai Development Company plan to supply 'The H Firstier I-Park' at 660-1 Gaepo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. This complex, introduced through the reconstruction of Gaepo Jugong 1 Complex, will be developed on a scale of 74 buildings, from 4 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, with a total of 6,702 households ranging from 34 to 179㎡ in exclusive area, of which 1,235 households ranging from 34 to 132㎡ will be for general sale. The complex will include the planned Gaewon Elementary School and Gaepo Middle School, as well as a site for a new school, and is close to Guryong Middle School and Gaepo High School. It is near Guryong Station on the Bundang Line and Dogok Station on Subway Line 3, and adjacent to shopping and cultural facilities such as COEX, Hyundai Department Store (Trade Center Branch), and Lotte Department Store (Gangnam Branch).
