Baskin-Robbins, operated by SPC Group, has attracted attention as a stylish space filled with unique menus and diverse artworks with its first cafe space ‘HIVE Hannam,’ which opened on the 9th. Designed with the concept of a ‘hive,’ ‘HIVE Hannam’ is a place where distinctive individuals can gather and spend comfortable and special moments amid busy daily life.

A signature menu exclusive to ‘HIVE Hannam’ is its organic ice cream. Twelve popular Baskin-Robbins flavors, including ‘Very Berry Strawberry,’ ‘Mint Chocolate Chip,’ and ‘Cherry Jubilee,’ are made with organic ingredients and sold here. The organic ice cream at ‘HIVE Hannam’ uses over 95% organic raw materials, meeting organic certification standards. Furthermore, by increasing the ice cream’s density and reducing milk fat, it boasts a rich flavor and a cleaner taste.

There is also a ‘Coffee Selection Zone.’ This space offers three types of special coffee beans, allowing customers to choose beans according to their preferences. The building’s exterior features a large-scale mural designed by the design brand ‘Pattern People’ and completed by renowned Korean graffiti artist Beommin (BFMIN), creating a distinctive atmosphere with the concept of ‘Gather and Buzz.’ Inside the store, materials reflecting the ‘hive’ concept pursued exclusively by ‘HIVE Hannam’ are used throughout, and artworks collaborating with globally famous designers such as Grada and Francesca Capone reinterpret the warm and vibrant image of California in a modern way, placed throughout the space.

The art director who planned the interior concept of Baskin-Robbins’ ‘HIVE Hannam’ emphasized, “We incorporated avant-garde artistic expression into ‘HIVE Hannam’ through intense designs that stimulate architectural imagination and create immersion.”
