Alphaville Launches Apartment Management App Service 'MY VILL'

Alphaville Launches Apartment Management App Service 'MY VILL' ▲Provided by MyBill

Last April, a guideline was issued mandating the disclosure of management fees for non-mandatory management multi-family housing complexes (with 100 or more households) through a legal amendment. However, existing non-mandatory management multi-family housing complexes have not yet adapted to these changes, resulting in violations being detected, and there is a strong demand for systemic support to establish a systematic and transparent management system for multi-family housing.

In particular, since "multi-family housing" involves multiple households living together, disputes of various sizes inevitably arise, making systematic management necessary even for smaller complexes. The real estate sector remains a blind spot for IT development, and this reality is no different in the multi-family housing management environment. Therefore, there is a growing call for the active introduction and utilization of systematic multi-family housing management and systems using IT services.

In response, the apartment management app "MY VILL," which allows for easy management of complex villas and apartments via mobile, has been launched, attracting attention.

This app was selected for the Gwangmyeong City Youth Startup Fund Support Project and received startup funding. It is a mobile platform designed for managing multi-family housing such as villas or small-scale apartments where multiple households live together.

Key features provided by MY VILL include resident management, vehicle registration, online neighborhood meetings, voting, community functions, and management fee notification and payment status management. These features also help address difficulties such as disrupted neighbor communication and face-to-face activities caused by COVID-19, leading to widespread use. Surveys and neighborhood meetings can be conducted non-face-to-face through the mobile app, supporting real-time communication for multi-family housing management.

Additionally, it supports both resident self-management of multi-family housing and delegated management environments through entrusted operators, offering comprehensive multi-family housing management functions at an apartment level. Notably, it also provides a "PC management tool" for operators managing multiple multi-family housing complexes.

An official explained, "MY VILL is an open platform that anyone can register and use for their villa or apartment, not a mobile app that requires using a specific company. Existing entrusted management operators can also use the service."

They added, "For entrusted management operators, it serves as a tool to provide systematic multi-family housing management services to customers, and for neighborhood representatives who want self-management, we hope it becomes a guide to start systematic multi-family housing management."

Meanwhile, the apartment management app MY VILL is available for download through Google Play, the App Store, and other platforms.
