[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Daejeon City announced on the 15th that it will recruit 2,983 prospective tenants for four permanent rental housing complexes within the city.
The recruitment of prospective tenants is conducted in preparation for future vacancies, and the recruitment announcement period is from the 15th to the 28th.
Eligibility requirements are for household members without housing residing in Daejeon as of the first day of the recruitment announcement. Priority 1 applicants include livelihood and medical benefit recipients, legally single-parent families, and persons with disabilities whose household income is less than 70% of the previous year's average monthly urban worker household income.
Priority 2 applicants include those with household incomes at or below 50% of the previous year's average monthly urban worker household income and registered persons with disabilities with incomes at or below 100% of the average monthly income.
The application period is from the 29th of this month to the 14th of next month. Applicants must prepare the documents listed in the prospective tenant announcement and submit them to the administrative welfare center located in their resident registration area.
At the time of submission, eligibility (household members without housing) and submitted documents must have been issued after the recruitment announcement date.
The final prospective tenants will be selected after eligibility screening and are scheduled to be announced on the Daejeon Urban Corporation website in early December.
