Seoul Songpa Police Station announced on the 15th that they have booked and are investigating Mr. A on charges of drunk driving (violation of the Road Traffic Act) around 12:40 a.m. on Songpa-daero, Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu.
According to the police, Mr. A was driving under the influence in the third lane of a 12-lane road when he fell asleep, and a passerby who saw this reported it to the police.
The police plan to decide whether to apply for an arrest warrant after further investigating the circumstances of Mr. A's drunk driving.
