Yongin City "Apply for Model and Win-Win Apartment Complexes"

[Asia Economy (Yongin) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province will accept applications for model and co-prosperity management complexes from about 440 mandatory management apartment complexes in the city from the 20th of this month to the 8th of next month.

Yongin City will select model complexes by dividing the applicant complexes into four categories: general management, facility safety and maintenance, community revitalization, and recycling and energy saving.

The city plans to commend the selected model management complexes and give additional points when selecting apartment complexes for subsidies for repairing aging facilities.

In addition, excellent complexes with a total score of 80 points or higher will be given priority recommendation when selecting model and co-prosperity management complexes in Gyeonggi Province.

Last year, the Raemian East Palace 3 Complex apartment was selected as a model management complex.

Applications can be submitted by downloading the application form from the city’s website, filling it out, and submitting it to the Housing Management Support Team in the Housing Department at City Hall.
