Dogong Chuncheon Rest Area (Busan Direction) Selected as 'Excellent Manager' of Public Restrooms Nationwide

Jung Dong-hyun, Facility Team Leader, Receives Award from Restroom Culture Citizens' Coalition Evaluation

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongwook Park] Jeong Dong-hyun, the head of the facilities team at Chuncheon Rest Area on the Busan-bound Central Expressway managed by Korea Expressway Corporation, was selected as the '2020 National Excellent Public Facility Manager' hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and organized by the Toilet Culture Citizens' Coalition, the corporation announced on the 15th.

Now in its 21st year, the National Excellent Public Toilet Manager selection is conducted annually through a contest targeting environmental managers nationwide to promote clean restroom environments.

A representative of Chuncheon Rest Area stated, "We are committed to continuous management to ensure a pleasant restroom experience for the many users visiting the rest area, and through this, we aim to become a rest area loved by customers and one they visit again."
