[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Dawon of the group SF9 apologized after being criticized for performing the relay dance choreography carelessly.
On the 13th, Dawon said through an Instagram live broadcast, "I misunderstood the content. It seems many of you are upset about this. It was a careless mistake on my part."
He added, "Viewers may feel uncomfortable. From now on, I will show my best effort in each content according to its purpose. I would appreciate your understanding with a generous heart," offering his apology.
He continued, "Please don't think too badly of me. I will work harder, so please support me a lot."
Earlier, on the 12th, Dawon was involved in an attitude controversy after appearing indifferent and performing the choreography carelessly in the relay dance video of "Summer Scent Makes Me Dance" released on Mnet's YouTube channel M2.
The relay dance is a content format where idol groups line up and perform choreography in a relay style.
Meanwhile, SF9 is promoting their 8th mini-album "Glorious" with the title track "Summer Scent Makes Me Dance."
