- Catching Attention with 'Fabio The Limited 185,' a Residential Facility of 'Fabio The Citta' Offering a Special Milanese Style Space
As the lifestyles of affluent individuals change, their investment criteria for residential facilities are also evolving. In the past, they focused solely on investment value, but now they seem more interested in residential facilities that add a special touch to their lifestyle with luxury and differentiated value.
They are attracted not just to expensive things, but to new items that enhance personal value and happiness, showing interest in unique or limited-edition products. This lifestyle culture is influencing the sales market, leading to residential facilities that emphasize exclusivity and top-tier premium features capturing the attention of wealthy investors and gaining popularity.
For example, the premium residential product 'Believe Paragraph Haeundae' supplied by Shinsegae Construction last month recorded a subscription competition rate of up to 266.83 to 1 by promoting differentiated finishing materials, interior design, and high-end community facilities. Similarly, Hanwha Construction’s premium complex 'Yeosu Ungcheon The Island,' supplied 17 years ago in the Ungcheon district of Yeosu, Jeonnam, featured a three-sided open floor plan and outdoor open balconies offering a 270-degree panoramic ocean view, achieving a top competition rate of 731 to 1 at the time.
Industry experts evaluate that both complexes attracted attention by offering differentiated spaces never seen before, which led to their successful subscription results.
An industry insider said, “Unlike the past when location was prioritized solely for investment value, the trend in choosing residential facilities is shifting toward whether they can add personal happiness and uniqueness.” They added, “With new trends like work-life balance and convenience premium emerging, residential facilities that allow residents to enjoy leisure, rest, and culture all in one place are gaining popularity by adding convenience to lifestyles.”
Meanwhile, the high-end mixed-use residential tower Fabio The Citta is scheduled to be launched this month on the site of the former Galleria Department Store in Ingye-dong, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do (1125-1 Ingye-dong, Paldal-gu, and one other parcel).
This complex development (MXD) project covers a total floor area of 80,000㎡ and consists of office facilities, commercial facilities, cultural and assembly facilities, and residential facilities, spanning from 7 basement floors to 17 above-ground floors.
As a high-end mixed-use residential tower, the residential facilities will be introduced as differentiated products. To ensure convenience for residents, a premium full-furnished system is provided, including all household appliances such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and air conditioners. Additionally, exclusive community facilities and concierge services are offered to enhance residents’ quality of life and add leisure.
Moreover, renowned Italian designer Fabio Novembre participated in the design, bringing trendy and unique Milanese sensibilities to the interior and creating differentiated spatial designs never before seen in Suwon.
Fabio The Limited 185 is located in a prime area near Suwon City Hall Station (Bundang Line) exits 1 and 2, benefiting from abundant transportation advantages such as the GTX-C line and the extension of the Shinbundang Line. This will facilitate easy public transportation access for residents.
A sales official stated, “Italian designer Fabio Novembre personally participated in the design, incorporating Milanese sensibilities into the interior and spatial design, adding uniqueness to the residential and other facilities.” They added, “Since it is located on the site of the former Galleria Department Store, we ask for much interest in Fabio The Limited 185, which offers excellent transportation conditions and comprehensive living infrastructure.”
The Fabio The Citta sales promotion center is located at 1126 Ingye-dong, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si.
