Earlier that day, at around 5:27 a.m., a netizen posted on the community site 'DC Inside' claiming to have directly attached blue tape to Seoul City Hall.

This netizen, using the nickname "Anti-Park Won-soon Funeral," posted photos of the posts attached in front of the main gates of Seoul City Hall and Seoul Library along with a photo of blue tape, claiming, "I carried two blue tapes and carried out graffiti terror at the main gate of Seoul City Hall in a surprise attack at dawn." Graffiti refers to drawing pictures using paint on building exteriors, etc.

The netizen said, "Perhaps before the day is fully bright today, followers who support 'that' person will carry out removal work, and my efforts will be buried in darkness, but I hope that even this brief, pathetic courage will help to appeal the truth of the victim's secretary even a little."

Finally, he added, "Justice and truth always win. You cannot cover the sky with your palm."
