Hyundai Glovis Receives Ministerial Commendation for 2020 Environmental Information Disclosure Award

[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Hyundai Glovis announced on the 13th that it received the Minister of Environment Award, the grand prize, at the '2020 Environmental Information Disclosure Awards' ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Environment and organized by the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute on the 10th.

Since 2013, the Ministry of Environment has been awarding companies and institutions with excellent environmental information disclosure to satisfy the public's right to know and to promote the spread of environmental management among companies and organizations. Hyundai Glovis received high scores in the evaluation for establishing an advanced environmental management system and the management level of the greenhouse gas measurement, reporting, and verification system.

A Hyundai Glovis official said, "We are honored that our efforts to discover and implement greenhouse gas reduction measures and fulfill corporate social responsibility received excellent evaluations," adding, "We will continue to actively participate in government environmental policies and collaborate to contribute to enhancing the value of the eco-friendly logistics industry."
