A Man in His 60s Falls to Death While Hiking at Yongdugol Valley, Daegu

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Dong-wook] On the afternoon of the 12th at around 2:43 PM, Mr. A (64), who was descending the Yongdugol Valley in Padong, Suseong-gu, Daegu, fell off a cliff about 5 meters below.

Mr. A was transported to a nearby university hospital in a state of cardiac arrest and ultimately passed away. The accident site was found to be very slippery due to rain-soaked ground.

The police are investigating the circumstances of the accident with the group members.
