In the video, actress Han Bo-reum showcased her consistently maintained slim figure. Additionally, Bogyeom learned exercises including stretching from Han Bo-reum at the gym.
Bogyeom mentioned Han Bo-reum's bikini, saying, "Whenever I search for you, this always comes up." Furthermore, when asked, "How many years have you been working out?" Han Bo-reum replied, "I've been doing it for 3 years. Mostly focusing on the lower body."
