Geumcheon-gu Announces Recruitment for CEO of Geumcheon Job Corporation

Geumcheon-gu Announces Recruitment for CEO of Geumcheon Job Corporation Yuseong Hoon, Mayor of Geumcheon District (left), is presiding over the meeting at the Job Committee Appointment Ceremony and the Mid-term Report Meeting on the Establishment of Geumcheon Job Corporation held in January last year.


[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) announced that it will publicly recruit the CEO of 'Geumcheon Job Corporation' from the 10th to the 24th of this month.


Eligibility requirements are ▲ those with more than 3 years of experience as a CEO of a private company with more than 100 regular employees ▲ those with more than 3 years of experience as a CEO or executive of a public enterprise ▲ those with more than 3 years of experience as a public official at grade 5 or equivalent.


Applicants who wish to apply for the CEO position of Geumcheon Job Corporation can download the application form, self-introduction letter, and other required documents from the Geumcheon-gu Office website, fill them out, and submit them in person to the Job Creation Division on the 9th floor of Geumcheon-gu Office by July 24.


Based on the submitted documents, the district will conduct a document screening by the Executive Recommendation Committee on the 28th and an interview on August 3 to select the final successful candidate.


The final successful candidate will be appointed as the CEO of Geumcheon Job Corporation and will lead various job creation projects such as the pet food business and district consignment projects aimed at creating quality jobs for senior citizens.


Meanwhile, 'Geumcheon Job Corporation' is a job creation project ambitiously promoted by Mayor Yu Seong-hoon as an inaugural pledge of the 7th local government term to create jobs for vulnerable groups such as senior citizens, and is scheduled to launch this October.


Yu Seong-hoon, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, said, "'Geumcheon Job Corporation' will operate as a virtuous cycle structure that not only creates quality jobs for vulnerable groups such as senior citizens but also reinvests profits into public interest projects to drive regional development," and added, "We hope for the interest and participation of capable and passionate individuals who can successfully lead local job projects."
