Yogiyo "Boss, Sales Increase Know-How Yogiyo"


[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheolhyun] Delivery Hero Korea (CEO Kang Shinbong) announced on the 10th that the delivery app 'Yogiyo' will introduce a series of video lecture contents containing various store operation know-how for new restaurant partners through 'Yogiyo Class' online.


Yogiyo Class is a free partner win-win education program for restaurant partners, and since March, it has been operated in an online streaming format due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19). The newly introduced video series is designed to help restaurant partners quickly and easily utilize various functions of the Yogiyo app, leading to increased sales afterward.


In particular, Yogiyo employees appear directly to provide information on store operations, such as more accurate and simple ways to use the Yogiyo app and know-how on actual application cases. The video lectures consist of four episodes: ▲A word from the owner that attracts orders ▲Review management that triggers orders ▲There is a best angle for food photos ▲Super simple smartphone shooting tips.


Kim Shinmyeong, Head of Operations at Delivery Hero Korea, said, "Yogiyo is planning various customized education programs that can raise the competitiveness of restaurant partners to the next level," adding, "We will continue to make efforts to expand various practical education contents that can provide real help to our restaurant partners' store operations and sales growth in the future."
