Cheonan 'Buldang Parkview' Officetel for Sale... 15 Floors, 180 Units

[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] Barun Comprehensive Construction announced on the 9th that it will sell the officetel 'Buldang Parkview' being built in 1536 Buldang-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungnam.

This 15-story officetel consists of 180 units ranging from 33 to 57㎡ (exclusive area). The basement level 1 houses fitness facilities, floors 1 to 2 above ground contain neighborhood living facilities, and floors 7 to 15 are officetels. Notably, the parking lot is located on floors 3 to 6 above ground instead of underground.

The complex is located directly opposite Cheonan City Hall, and a large-scale knowledge industry center within the nearby research and development (R&D) cluster district is scheduled for completion next year. Convenience facilities such as discount stores, department stores, and movie theaters are also well equipped. The KTX and Suseo High-Speed Railway (SRT) Cheonan-Asan Station is a 10-minute drive away, making travel to Seoul and surrounding areas convenient.

Meanwhile, the company explained that Cheonan is expected to benefit from the government's June 17 real estate measures last month, which designated most areas in the metropolitan area as regulated zones. Also, officetels are not classified as housing, so they face fewer loan and subscription restrictions compared to apartments. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2021.
