This complex, located in the 95-3 area of Sanggye-dong, consists of 10 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,163 households sized between 21 and 97㎡ (exclusive area), of which 721 units will be available for general sale. All units are primarily oriented southward to ensure excellent lighting and sunlight rights. Additionally, the building footprint is minimized to maximize openness, and the secured space is developed into central plazas for each block, providing areas for walking and relaxation.

The subscription schedule begins with special supply applications on the 20th of this month, followed by first-priority applications for the relevant group on the 21st, other first-priority applications on the 22nd, and second-priority applications on the 23rd. Winners will be announced on the 29th, and official contracts will be signed over 11 days from August 10 to 20. Move-in is scheduled for June 2023.
