[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Kim Hyun-ah, Emergency Response Committee member of the United Future Party, targeted Roh Young-min, Chief Presidential Secretary, on the 8th, saying, "Is a Banpo house better than a Cheongju house, and is the Blue House better than Banpo?" and urged him to resign, saying, "Please stop calculating and step down."

On the same day, Kim posted on her Facebook, "At least as the Chief Presidential Secretary, you should take responsibility for bringing things to this state, but are you still just calculating? Step down from politics and do not sell your Gangnam house," criticizing him.

She added, "Are you trying to be shunned by your family in your old age? Learn tax-saving strategies from your fellow lawmakers. Isn't gift tax cheaper than capital gains tax?" and said, "Selling the cheaper house first when owning two houses is also a tax-saving strategy."

She continued, "Did you have a plan? Did you calculate everything? You must have been embarrassed because your deep intentions and plans were not understood," and asked, "Are you perhaps planning to dispose of both houses and apply for subscription as a non-homeowner?"

Kim said, "The subscription market is like a lottery. I hope you make a quick decision to save at least some dignity."

Meanwhile, Kim is known to be a multi-homeowner, owning a total of four properties, including three apartments in Seoul and Busan and one officetel.
