Hongcheon Twin Tower obtained approval for member recruitment notification from the Hongcheon County Office on June 22, following the Housing Act revised in 2017. Subsequently, on June 24, it announced recruitment in a major national daily newspaper and began open recruitment of cooperative members, faithfully complying with the Housing Act, related laws, and the national policies and procedural requirements designated for regional housing cooperative apartment projects.
Reflecting the basic government policy intent for the supply of regional housing cooperative apartments, Hongcheon Twin Tower has gained significant interest and popularity even before opening its promotional center, emphasizing its status as a rare high-rise apartment in Gangwon Province and the high reliability from 100% completed land contracts. Its location with Baesanimsu (mountain at the back, water in front), views of the Hongcheon River, and 312 units (planned) all featuring popular medium-small sizes (59㎡, 76㎡, 79㎡) add to its competitiveness.
