The two had been neighbors and had experienced conflicts, and it was investigated that B had been living alone.
The police responded to a report from an acquaintance who said they could not contact B.
During the investigation, the police identified A as a prime suspect and tracked him down for arrest.
The police stated that A is firmly denying the charges.
