Recruiting 15 People Until the 12th, 1.5 Million KRW Support for 3 Months
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Nosik] The COVID-19 youth-tailored project promoted by Imsil-gun, Jeonbuk, is gaining momentum.
On the 7th, the county announced that it will implement the second tailored support by relaxing the eligibility criteria for the Youth Unemployed Vitality Support Fund.
The eligibility criteria include youths who became unemployed after working for more than 15 days around January 20, including those who worked part-time, short-term, or full-time positions.
The support targets unemployed youths aged 18 to 39 residing in Imsil-gun who are not receiving unemployment benefits or livelihood benefits and are not participating in similar government or other local government projects.
The number of participants for the second round is a total of 15, and applications must be submitted by the 12th. The location of the unemployed workplace can be anywhere nationwide.
Currently, the county is providing 500,000 KRW per month to the first selected group, and the second selected group will also receive up to 1.5 million KRW in local gift certificates over three months.
Youths wishing to apply should refer to the announcement in the notice section on the county website, prepare the application documents, and submit them to the Jeonbuk Youth Hub Center.
County Governor Sim Min said, “We will discover and actively support tailored projects that consider youths in difficulty,” adding, “We will implement various policies that can support not only the youth but all social classes to alleviate the suffering of the residents to some extent.”
