The Busan Braille Library is the only specialized library for the visually impaired in Busan, producing braille, electronic, and audio books and providing them to visually impaired people nationwide.

According to the agreement, Busan Bank will request production from the 'Busan Braille Library' when visually impaired customers request braille terms and conditions, and once production is completed, the materials will be delivered to the applicants by mail or through branches.

A Busan Bank official stated, "We signed this agreement with the Busan Braille Library to provide better financial services to visually impaired individuals. We will continue to expand customized services for financially marginalized groups."
