MetLife Launches AI Variable Insurance Fund Management Service

This is a robo-advisor investment advisory service using AI algorithms that comprehensively analyzes global macroeconomic forecasts, expected returns, and volatility by asset class to recommend fund portfolios tailored to the investment preferences of variable insurance subscribers. Additionally, all fund management tasks can be handled through KakaoTalk.

Last year, MetLife introduced the AI fund management service in collaboration with Fount, a robo-advisor specialized investment advisory firm that won the Special Jury Prize at the InsurTech solution development competition 'Collab 5.0.'
