'Luxury Truck' Mercedes-Benz 'New Actros Edition 1' Limited to 28 Units for Sale

[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Daimler Truck Korea announced on the 7th that it will conduct a limited sale of the top-tier special model Mercedes-Benz New Actros Edition 1 of the Mercedes-Benz New Actros.

The New Actros Edition 1 will be limited to 400 units worldwide, with 28 units planned for sale domestically.

Cho Gyusang, CEO of Daimler Truck Korea, said, “We are pleased to introduce the top-tier special New Actros Edition 1,” adding, “The New Actros Edition 1 not only offers rarity with a worldwide limit of 400 units but also incorporates all the latest innovative truck technologies. With its unique exterior and high-end interior specifications, we expect it to provide customers with incomparable supreme value and exclusivity.”

The New Actros Edition 1 boasts over 60 innovative technologies compared to previous generation models, including the industry-first MirrorCam that replaces the truck’s side mirrors, and features advanced specifications as standard in its class, showcasing unparalleled innovation.

Additionally, as befitting a top-tier model, seven driver-focused exclusive packages are standard: Safety Package, Driving Package, Comfort Package, Media Package, Storage Package, Light Package, and Extra Line Exclusive Package, offering a differentiated experience and individuality.

Meanwhile, to commemorate the sale of this top-tier limited model, special services and benefits will be provided to all New Actros Edition 1 buyers. These include a 5-year unlimited mileage warranty extension on the powertrain, a 3-year warranty extension on general parts, as well as maintenance and consumable repairs through the industry’s most comprehensive all-in-one service product, the Service Contract Integrated Gold. Buyers will also receive Mercedes-Benz genuine collection products worth approximately 400,000 KRW as a delivery celebration gift. Furthermore, all buyers will be granted Gold membership benefits of the Mercedes Service Card, the only membership program for imported commercial vehicles.
