LGU+ IdolLive to Air 'Buquest'

[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] LG Uplus announced that the 5-member girl group ITZY will appear as the second protagonist of 'BuQuest.' The broadcast will air on the 7th at 5 PM through the U+ IdolLive app.

BuQuest is a compound word of ‘Bu (副) character’ and ‘Quest,’ depicting a mission-type outdoor variety program where members compete to win a new character ‘Bu-cae’ rather than their official activity persona ‘Bon-cae,’ such as singer Lee Hyori’s ‘Linda G’ and comedian Kim Shin-young’s ‘Second Aunt Kim Da-bi.’ LG Uplus produces it exclusively for U+ IdolLive.

To commemorate ITZY’s 'BuQuest' broadcast, limited edition photocards featuring photos of each member wearing the characters earned through individual missions will be produced and offered as prizes through a lottery for viewers. ITZY’s 'BuQuest' will be broadcast over 8 episodes every Tuesday and Thursday at 5 PM for the next 4 weeks. After the main broadcast, unreleased videos such as multi-cam and behind-the-scenes footage can be viewed on U+ IdolLive. Customers of other carriers can also download the U+ IdolLive app from Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or One Store to watch ITZY’s 'BuQuest' for free. U+tv customers using the ‘UHD2’ or ‘UHD3’ set-top boxes can enjoy the ‘U+tv IdolLive’ service on IPTV for a bigger and more vivid viewing experience on TV.
