As the millennial generation establishes itself as the dominant force in the consumer market, housing trends are also evolving to suit their preferences. They prioritize spaces that enhance quality of life and value, offering unique experiences.
Additionally, they prefer differentiated lifestyles with special spaces that stand out from others, showing interest in spaces that can elevate their personal value through specialized designs, high-end services, and community facilities.
Moreover, as more millennials seek their own relaxation spaces to escape the busy urban life, they tend to show greater interest in spaces that incorporate eco-friendly elements. This is because nature provides comfort, stress reduction, and a sense of stability in life.
Amid this trend, ‘Mirabo Suite,’ a high-end suite house offering a unique lifestyle, is scheduled to be launched in July on the site of Mirabo Tourist Hotel in Yeonsan-dong, Yeonje-gu, Busan, the heart of Busan’s business district.
Mirabo Suite will consist of 383 units across 5 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with all units designed as suite rooms. Featuring Mirabo Suite’s specialized design, various community facilities, and services, it is already attracting significant attention.
First, in a suite house, a suite refers to a luxury room where the bathroom, bedroom, and living room spaces are separated according to their use. Mirabo Suite combines the advantages of high-end hotels and apartments to offer diverse spatial designs. All units are designed as suite rooms, providing reasonable spaces by separating rest and business areas.
Furthermore, Mirabo Suite applies various specialized designs to create a high-end residential culture. First, the ‘Urban Garden’ eco-friendly design includes natural gardens such as terrace gardens and rooftop gardens. Additionally, a water rooftop terrace swimming pool will be designed as a special feature. Residents can enjoy comfortable and leisurely relaxation through the water rooftop terrace pool and natural spaces.
Moreover, to maximize the eco-friendly atmosphere, a ‘Biophilic’ design concept has been applied. All spaces including the lobby, corridors, terraces, lounges, and outdoor areas evoke an atmosphere surrounded by nature, enhancing residential value as if living in nature.
Mirabo Suite also offers the ‘Time Control’ service, an AI service that manages time, information, and health. It will introduce sleep solution motion beds and clean zones that monitor and purify air pollution levels, allowing residents to receive personalized life care.
In addition, various convenience systems for residents will be applied. A full-furnished system combining built-in appliances and functional furniture will be introduced, along with Samsung Electronics’ Home IoT technology. Hotel-style community services such as butler service providing one-on-one customized care, breakfast service, and laundry service will also be offered to provide residents with the highest value and experience.
Moreover, various community facilities such as a book cafe, fitness center, lobby lounge, conference room, spa lounge, and clean center will be provided to enhance residents’ convenience.
A sales official stated, “Mirabo Suite is designed as a suite house combining the advantages of hotels and apartments to offer reasonable spaces. We plan to enhance residential value with special features such as Urban Garden and Time Control, and we ask for much interest in Mirabo Suite.”
Meanwhile, the Mirabo Suite sales promotion center will be located at 192-2 Mangmi-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, and is scheduled to open in July.
