In the case of Jangam Jugong 7 Complex Apartments in Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi Province, three more people were infected in connection with a gym visited by apartment residents, bringing the total confirmed cases to 28. Among them, 19 cases are related to the gym. In a church gathering in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi Province, two acquaintances were additionally confirmed positive, increasing the total confirmed cases to 13.
There were also consecutive confirmed cases at The Joeun Clinic in Seo-gu, Daejeon. Currently, comprehensive testing is being conducted on discharged and outpatient visitors to the clinic, and two staff members and one family member newly tested positive, bringing the total number of patients to nine. Meanwhile, as of midnight on the same day, the estimated countries and regions of origin for 18 imported confirmed cases were Kazakhstan with seven cases, the Americas with six, Pakistan and the Philippines with two each, and Europe with one case.
