6 Additional COVID-19 Cases in Seoul Including Members of Wangseong Church

In Gwanak-gu, the 129th and 130th patients in the district were identified that day. Patient 129 in Gwanak-gu was found to have been in contact with patient 128 in Gwanak-gu until the 1st of this month. Patient 128 in Gwanak-gu is a family member of patient 125 in Gwanak-gu, whose infection route is unknown.

Patient 130 in Gwanak-gu is a member of Wangseong Church, where a cluster infection occurred. This patient attended the Wangseong Church Youth Leader Training held in Daebudo on the 19th and 20th of last month.

In Dongjak-gu, the 56th and 57th patients in the district were confirmed. Patient 56 in Dongjak-gu (in their 40s, Sangdo 2-dong) had cold symptoms upon arrival from Kazakhstan on the 3rd, was immediately tested, and confirmed positive on the 4th.

Patient 57 in Dongjak-gu (Noryangjin 1-dong) developed symptoms of fever, muscle pain, and sore throat on the 3rd, was tested at Severance Hospital, received a positive result the same day, and the confirmation was reported to the Dongjak-gu Public Health Center on the 4th. The district classified this patient as related to KT in Gwanghwamun.

Jung-gu, Seoul, announced that a male foreign resident in his 20s was registered as patient 13 in Jung-gu. Patient 13 in Jung-gu arrived from Kazakhstan on the 3rd, took a limousine bus dedicated to arrivals to the Jung-gu Public Health Center for testing, self-quarantined, and was confirmed positive on the 4th while asymptomatic.

In Gangnam-gu, one more confirmed case related to the NongHyup Bank Yeoksam Financial Center was added. Patient 85 in Gangnam-gu (54-year-old female, Nonhyeon-dong) is a family member of an employee at the Yeoksam Financial Center who tested positive on the 2nd. She had been in self-quarantine since the 1st and developed symptoms such as nasal congestion.

Meanwhile, the movement path of patient 66 in Yeongdeungpo-gu, disclosed by Seocho-gu, included Central City Terminal at 10:50 a.m. on the 26th of last month. It was confirmed that the patient was wearing a mask at that time.
