Legend and Best Meet... Papa John's Launches Henry & Mina Signature Set Season 2


[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Korea Papa John's announced on the 3rd that it has launched the ‘Henry & Mina Signature Set Season 2.’


Papa John's Pizza’s ‘Henry & Mina Signature Set Season 2’ is characterized by being composed of Papa John's Pizza’s top menu items such as ‘Super Papas’ and is divided into the ‘Legend Set’ and the ‘Best Set.’


The ‘Legend Set’ consists of Papa John's Pizza’s steady seller ‘Super Papas,’ topped with plenty of meat and vegetables, along with a 500ml Coca-Cola, while the ‘Best Set’ includes Papa John's popular pizza ‘Jones Favorite,’ topped with Italian sausage and pepperoni, paired with a 500ml Coca-Cola.


The ‘Henry & Mina Signature Set Season 2’ will be sold until the end of the year, just like Season 1 released last April, and can be ordered through all channels of Papa John's Pizza. Unlike Season 1, which was composed of pizzas, side menus, and cola recommended respectively by exclusive models Henry and Mina, Season 2 is priced in the low 20,000 KRW range with a significant discount compared to the regular price, offering a combination of pizza and beverage only, thus enhancing price competitiveness. Additionally, as with Season 1, 3% of the sales amount will be donated to international relief and development NGOs and used through these organizations to support nutrition projects for children in rural farming and fishing areas in Korea.


Choi Won-je, Head of Marketing at Korea Papa John's, said, “The Henry & Mina Signature Set Season 2 is a donation set that embodies Papa John's Pizza’s social contribution philosophy to continue supporting future generations following Season 1. Since it is composed of popular menu items such as Super Papas, we hope many customers will take interest in Season 2, where they can enjoy signature menu items representing the brand while also contributing to donations.”


Meanwhile, Papa John's Pizza is opening more than 20 new franchise stores annually to grow into a mega brand with over 300 franchise stores by 2025. Following continuous openings last year in the metropolitan area and new towns with a high density of young population, this year it plans to expand its presence in local areas with new stores such as Daejeon Expo and Ulsan Nongsu, continuing its nationwide brand expansion.
