Martial Arts 'Radiation Promising Company Export Consulting' Launches

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] The Korea International Trade Association (KITA), together with the Nuclear Cooperation Foundation, announced that it has launched the '2020 Export Consulting for Promising Radiation Companies' project starting this month.

This project is based on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by the two organizations in August 2018, and so far, two companies have received consulting. The beneficiary companies have achieved results such as acquiring domestic and Asian agency rights from overseas companies in the Netherlands and Russia.

This year, two companies, Arare Research Institute, which manufactures gamma-ray cameras and radiation monitoring systems, and Picopack, a radiation detector, were selected and have been receiving consulting from the association since the 1st of this month.

Lee Jung-soo, Director of the Trade Training Office, stated, “We will provide one-on-one customized online and offline consulting by matching companies with export experts until next year, and actively involve them in the association’s overseas marketing and startup support projects to help them succeed in exports.”
