Seongdo Ihyun Accounting Corporation, M&A and Audit Partner Recruitment

[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Seongdo Ihyun Accounting Corporation announced on the 1st that it has recruited M&A expert Executive Director Noh Young-woo and audit expert Executive Director Kim Do-hyung as partners to improve service quality.

Executive Director Noh Young-woo joined Sandong Accounting Corporation in 1997 and worked at Seonmyeong and Jeongdong Accounting Corporations before recently serving as CEO of Seonmyeong Accounting Corporation. He has built expertise over approximately 23 years in corporate M&A brokerage and consulting, as well as in tax appeals and real estate PF consulting.

Executive Director Kim Do-hyung has long been a partner in the audit division at Samil Accounting Corporation. Based on his experience auditing large listed companies and internal accounting control systems, he plans to focus on entering the Big 4-centered large listed company audit market.

Since its merger last year, Seongdo Ihyun has been continuously expanding its business areas and recruiting talent, as well as striving to improve service quality in each division.

CEO Park Geun-seo stated, “To secure competitiveness with a scale and service level befitting a global Big 5, we need to consider excellent leadership,” adding, “We will continue to actively recruit external experts.”

Seongdo Ihyun aims to enter the ‘domestic Big 5’ by 2025, achieving 500 certified public accountants and KRW 150 billion in sales. Currently, it has 170 certified public accountants and recorded KRW 35 billion in sales as of 2019.
