Shindonga Construction Selected as Contractor for Chuncheon Geunhwa Regional Housing Association Project

Among a total of 311 households, 151 are for general sale, scheduled for completion in July 2023

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Shindongah Construction announced on the 1st that it was finally selected as the contractor for the 'Chuncheon Geunhwa Regional Housing Association' project in Chuncheon-si, Gangwon Province on the 26th of last month and signed a construction contract.

The Chuncheon Geunhwa Regional Housing Association project involves constructing an apartment complex with 311 units in two buildings, ranging from three basement floors to 37 above-ground floors, in the area around 752 Geunhwa-dong, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon Province. Of the 311 units, 151 are for general sale. The company plans to start construction next month, with general sales in December and completion targeted for July 2023. The construction cost is approximately 64.8 billion KRW.

A representative from Shindongah Construction stated, "As this is the first Familier apartment to be built in the Chuncheon area in a long time, we will repay the support of the association members with thorough quality and sincere construction," adding, "We will do our best to make it a representative apartment of Chuncheon so that the company can secure a favorable position for future expansion into the Gangwon region."
