Actual Apartment Sale Prices Last Month (June)

The actual transaction prices of apartment sales in June are as follows.

Seoul area apartment sales prices range from a minimum of 5.94 million KRW to a maximum of 135.67 million KRW per 3.3㎡. The Shinyoung Apartment in Myeonmok-dong, Jungnang-gu (exclusive area 14.43㎡) was sold at the lowest price of 86 million KRW, while the Raemian Prestige Apartment in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu (exclusive area 222.76㎡) was sold at the highest price of 4.75 billion KRW.

Busan area apartment sales prices range from a minimum of 1.1 million KRW to a maximum of 48.68 million KRW per 3.3㎡. The Jwacheon Citizen Apartment (737-1) in Jwacheon-dong, Dong-gu (exclusive area 36.4㎡) was sold at the lowest price of 12 million KRW, while the Haeundae Gyeongdong Jade Apartment in U-dong, Haeundae-gu (exclusive area 220.0959㎡) was sold at the highest price of 1.7 billion KRW.

Daegu area apartment sales prices range from a minimum of 1.83 million KRW to a maximum of 31.23 million KRW per 3.3㎡.
