Korea Financial Investment Association Opens 'Asset Management Company Internal Control' Course

[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] The Korea Financial Investment Association's Financial Investment Education Institute announced that it will open a group training course on 'Internal Control of Asset Management Companies' on August 11 and will recruit trainees starting from August 1.


This course is composed of a practical curriculum including cases of internal control establishment in asset management companies, risk management, and internal audit tasks. Industry experts responsible for compliance monitoring and internal control will participate as instructors to deliver vivid on-site know-how. It is expected to be available not only for those in charge of internal control tasks at asset management companies but also for strengthening internal control education for executives and employees.


The training period is from August 11 to August 27, totaling 25 hours over 6 days, and will be held twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) in the evening at the Yeouido Financial Investment Education Institute.
