[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Broadcaster Kim Mi-ryeo issued a warning in response to criticism directed at her daughter, Jeong Mo-a.
On the 30th, Kim Mi-ryeo posted a screenshot of a malicious comment aimed at her daughter on her Instagram, revealing the account ID of the commenter.
The SNS user Kim Mi-ryeo pointed out wrote "Weird" on a photo of Jeong Mo-a, and Kim Mi-ryeo replied, "What exactly is weird? Please be clear. If it's a malicious comment, I will sue as well. Choose your target carefully and don't mess with my child. Even if I get sued, I won't stay silent if someone says strange things about my child."
Along with the screenshot, Kim Mi-ryeo wrote, "Please stop. This is relatively mild, so I am making it public. Those who left malicious comments in the past should consider yourselves lucky. I have all the screenshots saved."
She continued, "If there were photos, you could leave malicious comments together. What exactly is weird about this? Is this your job? Do you want me to reply to those who leave malicious comments on my child? How should I give you attention?" She added, "If you're going to leave comments, leave strong ones. Since you left mild ones, I won't sue but will only make them public," targeting the malicious commenters.
She also warned, "Your account! If you post my photos, you leave malicious comments. If you touch my child even once, I will really bite back. I am kind but a ruthless person."
Kim Mi-ryeo's response received support not only from netizens but also from fellow broadcaster Jang Young-ran in the comments.
Meanwhile, Kim Mi-ryeo married actor Jung Sung-yoon in 2013 and gave birth to their first daughter, Jeong Mo-a, the following year. In 2018, she gave birth to their second child, son Jeong I-on, and currently has one son and one daughter.
