[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] Jeju Air announced on the 26th that it will release model airplanes and planned goods featuring the 'Pengsoo' character, who is serving as its eco-friendly promotional model.
The products released by Jeju Air include Pengsoo model airplanes featuring the 'Penggijang' (pilot) version and the 'Pengmuwon' (flight attendant) version images, as well as a planned goods set containing Pengsoo photo cards, ballpoint pens, pin buttons, and stickers. The prices are 35,000 KRW for the model airplane and 38,000 KRW for the model airplane and planned goods set, based on the regular price.
The model airplanes and planned goods sets will be available for pre-order from July 1 to 15 through AK Mall (www.akmall.com), and in-flight sales will begin on the 16th.
Customers who pre-order through AK Mall can receive their products sequentially starting July 16. A prize event will also be held for these customers, offering Jeju Air flight tickets, model airplanes personally signed by Pengsoo, JJ Lounge passes, and more.
