LG Electronics Collaborates with Emerging Artists on 'LG Signature' Art Series

[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] LG Electronics announced on the 19th that it introduced an art series collaborating with emerging contemporary artists under the theme of its ultra-premium home appliance brand 'LG SIGNATURE' on the ‘LG SIGNATURE Official Global Website’.

The ‘LG SIGNATURE’ art series, themed ‘Eye of the beholder,’ features emerging artists expressing LG SIGNATURE through photography and video, treating home appliances and living spaces as artworks and galleries respectively.

LG Electronics unveiled works by three artists: Santi Zoraidez, Peter Tarka, and Andreas Wannerstedt.

Santi Zoraidez, a creator from Argentina, has collaborated with IKEA and Nike. This time, he creatively expressed the elegance and simplicity of ‘LG SIGNATURE’ using color and light with a unique sensibility.

Peter Tarka, a Polish art director and illustrator, has won the Silver and Bronze Lions at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Based in London, he used playful and vivid colors with unique and geometric designs to portray the beauty of LG SIGNATURE.

Andreas Wannerstedt, a 3D motion graphic artist from Sweden, has collaborated with various renowned brands such as Omega, Swarovski, Adidas, and Red Bull over the past decade. His work featuring LG SIGNATURE places the products in abstract spaces, emphasizing minimal design and sculptural beauty.

LG Electronics evaluates that through collaboration with emerging contemporary artists, it has demonstrated artistic value that transcends tradition and modernity.
